But don’t worry—there are plenty of ways to address and manage a weakening hairline. Do to my own practices of fighting a weakening hairline, and coming back from alopecia. Im going to share how you can start the process of changing or reversing the outcome of your hair growth.

Genetics (Male and Female Pattern Baldness)


One of the most common causes of a weakening hairline is hereditary hair loss, often referred to as male or female pattern baldness. That is what all of the books will tell you, for you as a man of color your genetic code may be aligned different. I believe in America the food that we consume have a lot to do with the way our body can not functioning properly. In a lot of cases we are all born into poor eating habits. These habits can lead to poor management of the body, the hair is one of the parts of the body that give you signs that something is going wrong.


Stress is one of the leading cause of hair loss, and stress can come from how your body reacts to the current self care duties. Duties such as not staying active and eating clean, not breathing properly. Not washing your hair with the correct products. Eating outside of your blood type. When your hair starts to weaken and break, that could be a sign of your digestive system being out of track. I could go on and on but can share books based on African American genetics when it comes to hair.
